Eligibility for Returns

Toanoi accept return items, please make sure that your item is unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. You’ll be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company.
3. Let us know, so we can check it from our side.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@toanoi.com and send your item back to us.

In case the reason for the return is based because Toanoi wrong doing, so we will be the one to cover all shipping costs, otherwise, you will be the one to pay for shipping.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us and we will provide the address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
